Refund and Returns Policy

Returns are accepted for items in brand new condition, not worn and/or in original packaging for credit notes.

Refunds are only available for products damaged, faulty or when description has not accurately reflected the product received. Please notify us within two weeks of receiving your items if there is an issue with a product.

For returns or change of mind, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

For refunds, Monkeynmoo will reimburse shipping costs incurred for the return of the product. Please retain a copy of the applicable tax invoice.
